Ross Partin

Ross was born in Seattle, Washington, the son of two Air Force Veterans. His family moved to Kettering, Ohio, where he grew up. After high school, Ross moved back to Washington, spending two years in Kitsap County where he attended Olympic College. He then doubled back across the country to finish his undergraduate degree at the George Washington University in Washington, DC. At GW, he earned a B.A. in International Relations from the Elliott School of International Affairs.

In 2019, Ross returned to his home state to attend the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he founded the Labor and Employment Law Association. During law school, Ross spent two years clerking for a workers’ compensation firm helping people injured at work get the full treatment they required.

After graduating in 2023, Ross began his legal career practicing small business civil litigation. Ross moved to CaJacob in April of 2024 to work with individual clients, helping real people recover after their worst injuries. He now works on the personal injury litigation team, taking the insurance companies’ bad offers to court.

Outside of the office, Ross is an avid soccer fan, supporting The Crew and Liverpool, as well as a tabletop game enthusiast.
