Despite growing up in Lexington, Kentucky, Attorney Alex Kirkpatrick considers herself a Columbus native and a Buckeye through and through. Alex attended undergraduate university at The Ohio State University where she graduated with honors with a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Criminology. During her time at Ohio State, Alex realized her interest in the law and after working at a small personal injury firm, Alex made the decision to attend law school.
Alex earned her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where she studied numerous areas of the law, but ultimately could not get away from personal injury law and joined another small personal injury firm her 2L year and continued there until she joined CaJacob Law Group in October 2023.

In her time away from the office, Alex spends her time tackling her never ending list of home renovation projects, finding new Columbus restaurants to explore, and spending time with her husband and three pets.
