Sean H. Heffernan was born in Columbus and raised in Solon, Ohio. After graduating from Solon High School, he attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Sean graduated from Xavier University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensics. As Sean waited for admittance to Law School he was employed by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office as a Death Scene Investigator. In 2013, he then attended Capital University Law School and graduated in 2016. In early 2017, he started his practice and divides his time between Criminal Defense in OVI cases and Personal Injury claims. Today Sean represents many clients across a wide range of legal issues.

On weekends, Sean is an avid cook and is part of the International Chili Society and has traveled to multiple states to cook chili competitively. Further, Sean has qualified for the World Chili Championships multiple times.
